Voice & Reason was introduced to Nordby as a solution for outsourced marketing and brand elevation. We kicked off the partnership by facilitating a full day workshop designed to identify and map audience personas, competitive landscapes, value proposition differentiators, tone of voice for the brand, and to gain a detailed understanding of the construction company’s portfolio and service offering. Following this exercise, we worked with Nordby to detail the scope and prioritization of initiatives, which we continue to execute.
We meet with the Nordby executive team bi-weekly to review materials and plan upcoming activities. As our work continues, so does the overall polish and visual consistency of all marketing materials. In addition to large initiatives like websites and brochures, our team has also improved on the working templates for assets like slide presentations, vehicle signage, proposals, etc. On multiple occasions, Nordby has called to request our assistance in a “fire drill” for a specialized proposal. In such cases, we’re able to assist with infographics, copywriting, image selection — and everything else necessary for them to send a beautiful final piece.
