Coining Unification

Utility construction service provider Charge EPC has a strong company culture with military background roots. As the company grew, the founders sought a tangible symbol of solidarity to unify their team. Voice & Reason created an annual Charge Challenge Coin series, emblazoned with their core values and reminiscent of a military medallion traditionally given to enhance morale and demonstrate membership.
